SUMMARY:

With a society immersed in digital technologies, and in education this reality is no different, the damage to students' learning caused by the indiscriminate and unregulated use of their smartphones and other digital devices is statistically observed. However, this research proposes the pedagogical use of these devices through the integration of hybrid teaching and mobile learning (m-learning). Through the responsible use of these devices, to be used as a pedagogical instrument, engagement is a possibility of good practice in the teaching-learning process. Considering the difficulties and learning gaps according to data from the application of the Saeb test (2021) (Basic Education Assessment System), this research aims to improve the teaching and learning process by controlling the time, place and pace of study with mathematical applications that can contribute to effectively engaging students in teaching and learning mathematics using this mobile technology. Given this, this research aims to analyze the integration of mobile devices and Hybrid Learning in the mathematics teaching-learning process with a focus on the content of fractions and thus contribute to reducing the mathematics learning gap. To achieve the objective, an experimental class was proposed in the “Rotation by Station” model of Hybrid Education in two basic education schools in Ji-Parana RO, for this the application of the experimental class covered the reality of the student and their school environment. This research has as its epistemological basis the Souto Human Beings-With-Media System (2013), which is composed of the Activity System Theory (Engestrom (1999) and also the theoretical bases of Levy's (1993) intelligence technologies and reorganization from the thought of Tikhomirov (1981), in addition to the construct Human Beings-With-Media Borba (2001). Methodologically, the research has a qualitative approach Minayo (2001), Pope and Mays (2005), Bodgan and Biklen (1982); of an applied nature Gil (2010), regarding the objectives it is an exploratory research Gil (2002), Selltiz, Wrightsman and Cook (1987) After authorization from the ethics and research council (CEP), two experimental classes were carried out in civic schools. military personnel in Ji Parana /RO. For data analysis, the expansive development cycle was defined as the fifth principle of the Activity System Theory.
