SUMMARY:

The main objective of this research was to describe and analyze the trajectory of female teachers at the Federal University of Rondônia in the Campus of Ji-Paraná in the training of mathematics teachers. This objective is justified by the intention, based on the narratives of these characters, to show the path taken by these professionals in the training of teachers of the Degree in Mathematics course at UNIR-Ji-Paraná, a focus that we understand to be relevant to the general community, because until the present At the moment, we did not find any research that deals specifically with this theme and these teachers. In view of this, our research begins with a description of the creation of the course qualified to train mathematics teachers, thus, we started our time frame in 1992 and covered 3 decades ending in 2022. Methodologically, we have a qualitative research, anchored in Fiorentini and Lorenzato (2012), with a methodological approach structured in the heptagonal scheme described by Professor Dr. Luiz Carlos Pais, a model based on seven vertices that supported the paths taken during the research. The sources used to obtain data included bibliographic and documentary research together with a semi-structured interview that will be carried out with a number of 8 teachers who work/have worked in the training of mathematics teachers at the Federal University of Rondônia, Ji-Paraná Campus. (For this qualification phase, there is an interview so that the bank can observe the proposal for the other interviews.)
