The Master in Mathematical Education Research, the Postgraduate Program in Mathematical Education at Unir-Ji-Paraná Campus, which has as its theme: conceptions of mathematics teachers on methodological trends in full-time high school schools in full-time school Ji-Paraná-Ro, presents the reader the main methodological trends used today, being: ethnomathematics, problem solving, mathematical modeling, mathematical education, information and communication technologies, concrete games and materials, critical mathematical education, reading and Written in Mathematical Education and Inclusive Mathematical Education. This project aims to investigate the methodological trends used by teachers in the process of teaching and learning mathematics in high school in the full-time schools of the state school system in Ji-Paraná-RO. As a methodology, research is used through bibliographic materials and questionnaires that has as its core (05) teachers licensed in mathematics who work in high school in the state schools of Ji-Paraná in full time. As a theoretical contribution for research provides a reflection on the methodological trends used for the teaching of mathematics in high school, emphasizing the legal and theoretical basis for the teaching of mathematics in high school, its skills and competences from the Federal Constitution (CF ), Law of Guidelines and Bases (LDB) of Basic Education, National Curriculum Parameters (NCPs), National Curriculum Guidelines (DCNS), National Education Conference (CONAE), National Education Plan (PNE) and Common National Curriculum Base ( BNCC). The methodological approach used for research will be qualitative and exploratory, as data collection instruments will be used: document analysis and semi -structured interviews. And the data analysis technique will be based on some content analysis procedures. We understand that the research aims to reflect on the pedagogical practices of teachers for the improvement of strategies, interventions, actions and practices of playful and contextualized activities with students' lives practices, it can contribute to the training of teachers who teach mathematics, as well as in the way educators teach mathematics. Preliminary results show that methodologies are a reality and provide a better performance in student learning. Integral schools are currently an example of performance improvement. This is because the teacher has a greater possibility of devoting himself to students and classes, both in shift and against shift. Among the most outstanding methodologies are problem solving, ethnomathematics and information technologies. It is a reality which points to the need for continuing education also in these aspects.
