SUMMARY:

The main objective of this dissertation is to examine, in a contextualized way,  actions carried out with the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Rondônia, in relation to the demands of the Karipuna Indigenous Land (TI), pointing out how the institution acts with regard to the complaints filed, in order to verify and dilute the existing problems. In addition, it is necessary to discuss whether the rights of the TI are being ensured, as a Fundamental Right established by the Federal Constitution. The text focuses on and relates access to justice by conducting bibliographic reviews and examining 10 (ten) processes, made available by the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF). The approach taken was qualitative and quantitative, resulting from the number of documents researched and the reflections that they allow. From procedural studies, we identified that it is necessary to think about work methodologies that Increase transparency inherent to existing demands, filed with the MPF is also necessary. Studying and reflecting on the processes made available led to the proposal for the production of a technical product, which highlights the need for chronological and bureaucratic organization of documents, among other aspects, regarding the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office actions.
