This work presents the theme of Education in Human Rights and Human Rights in Education; and the application of the interdisciplinary methodology in teaching at the Quilombo de Pedras Negras in Rondônia, observing the relationship of the methodology with a pedagogical Interdisciplinary posture. The problem that guided the research was: What is the methodology applied in the teaching practice at a school of the Quilombo de Pedras Negras do Guaporé? The general objective is to identify the methodologies used through teaching practices, in this place, from the perspective of Human Rights in a pedagogical interdisciplinary relationship. The research is qualitative with an ethnographic bias, because it proposed to know the phenomenon in its natural context, in everyday relationships; Therefore, the methodological procedures used in data collection were the field diary record of classroom observations and semi-structured interviews with the teacher who performs the teaching work in the community. The option for this type of interview was due to its open nature, which provides freedom to come and go in the dialogue with the interlocutor. To support the study, official documents and specialized literature on Education, Human Rights, and Interdisciplinarity were analyzed. The data was processed using the Content Analysis technique using triangulation as a methodological strategy to combine the data collected in the observations with the interview data and analyze it from the perspective of the authors who supported the study: Paulo Freire (2000), on the teaching-learning process through mediation, socialization and valorization; Ivani Fazenda (2003) in the approach on interdisciplinarity and education; Dalmo Dallari(2004), Solon Viola(2007), Boaventura de Souza Santos(1997) and Vera Candau(2008) on Human Rights and education, in addition to laws and documents dealing with education and Human Rights. The path of the study was through the construction of the concepts of interdisciplinary practices in Human Rights and the Interdisciplinary Pedagogical Posture that served as analysis for the practices in daily school life. The analyses revealed that there is no methodology that guides the practices in Human Rights, but simple attitudes, that the teacher, unaware of what the specific methodology is, puts into practice good practices that lead the students to be critical, consequently, also in a non-explicit way, they know how to do, but do not know the know-how, making them capable of intervening in reality to transform it. The final considerations showed that good teaching practices express Human Rights, as they try to promote an integrated teaching assuming an interdisciplinary posture. Therefore, based on this ethnographic observation, we propose the elaboration of a booklet with concepts and specific methodologies that can guide the teaching in the Quilombo Pedras Negras for the exercise of Human Rights in Education and Human Rights Education.
