The work addresses the right to access to information and the importance of public transparency in the Public Ministry of the State of Rondônia (MPRO), focusing on the use of a cost system to improve the Transparency Portal, as access to information is a right fundamental that strengthens public responsibility and social control, contributing to the fight against corruption and efficiency in public administration. Furthermore, the text also discusses the challenges of implementing cost systems in the public sector and presents a proposal for an expense disclosure panel in the MPRO, with the aim of improving the clarity and accessibility of financial information.
