DYNAMIC STUDY OF BIOGAS PRODUCTION OBTAINED FROM AQUATIC SPECIES IN TRANSFORMATION INTO PRODUCTS WITH HIGHER ADDED VALUEMacrophytes, Biogas, methane, BiomethaneThe use of biomass to produce biogas, combined with the need to increase the production of cleaner energy and the need to develop technologies to add value to this liability, meets the race for the use of renewable sources. The experimental work involves the installation of anaerobic biodigestion systems to evaluate the performance of biogas production from aquatic species and cattle waste. The project focuses on obtaining biogas for various applications, whether for the production of electrical or thermal energy or for use in industrial chemical processes. The results obtained so far are promising and indicate that the production of biogas from aquatic species has great potential, both from an energy and environmental point of view, and that its transformation into products with greater added value can make this process economically viable and sustainable.
