SUMMARY:

This thesis is work carried out during my stay as
multidisciplinary teacher in the Boa União village of the Cabeceira do Indigenous Land
Acre River – State of Acre (BR). A vivid work, full of geographic perspective,
but also inspired by emotions, dimensions, spatial scales and
ancestors of the Manchineri people. So that geographic knowledge is
describes from the Manchineri perspective. But it is also a contribution
from Indigenous Knowledge to Geographic Science in the Pan-Amazon. I'm looking for
simple way to narrate about indigenous perspectives and approaches
original and non-indigenous geographical areas so that we build a
interdisciplinary research in relation to indigenous thought-knowledge. I described
a decolonial construction, highlighting conceptual and methodological principles,
carried out based on experiences and readings about the territory, nature, space and
culture. However, in this dimension I add the oralities and narratives of the
what people think about the Acrian Amazon. As a methodology I had the
field diary, which although I didn't carry it during the experiences, I made
notes at night, in solo time. Method A method itself, as follows:

TEACHING GEOGRAPHY IN THE VILLAGE, which starts from the construction of reports and
voices of the indigenous person. In the last chapter under the title of VARADOUROS
(BATNUGAPO) PRACTICES OF INDIGENOUS GEOGRAPHY.
